Hi, I’m Sabrina — a strategic educator, competitive karate athlete, and multidisciplinary coach with a degree in Applied Animal Biology from the University of British Columbia. My background spans scientific research, classical music training, and years of high-performance competition. I bring this unique combination of discipline, creativity, and real-world application into every lesson.

At The Writing Lab Co., I don’t just teach writing — I coach students across academic subjects, including AP-level content and university applications, with a strong focus on mindset, clarity, and strategic thinking. My approach blends structured foundations with personalized coaching, helping students not only improve their writing, but also develop the mental sharpness and academic resilience needed to excel in competitive and classroom environments alike.
